    I've got bed bugs and since after the treatment done by another company the "visitors" kept biting me I contacted Sydney Best Pest Control. They gave so many advices about how to fix my problem and not carry it with me moving to another house. They have been so caring, kind and available all the time answering my thousend questions and without proposing any direct service. Since I felt in "good hands" with them I chose them to treat my luggages before leaving. I know it's hard to fix these kinds of problems but I'm sure they did the best to help me and I'm sure, moving tomorrow, I'll leave my troubles behind. Thank you guys, especially to Leanne, helpful and sweet all the time. Enrico

    Our cockroaches have gone! From the initial phone call I was impressed with the friendly service. Our technician Mohamad was great, he explained the problem and made some suggestions to help us keep the cockroaches away for good. Highly recommended.

    I had a problem with cockroaches in my unit. This company gave me me clear information over the phone. The exterminator turned up on time and did a thorough examination of the property. He then carefully went through and applied the cockroach gel and also sprayed for other pests. This was done courteously,professionally, and with a minimum of fuss. I'm happy to tell everyone about this. Great service.

    Right from the beginning, the service was exemplary. The online chat was fantastic and easy to organise a booking. I had a small mishap in that i had entered the incorrect phone number on the chat so they technician was unable to contact me, however the customer service representative went above and beyond to locate my number and call to confirm - what wonderful service. The technician was very helpful and efficient in removing the wasps nest. Overall a fantastic service which we will be using again and recommending to our family and friends.

    I found Sydney Pest Control to be very helpful in explaining what they do over the phone. It was also very convenient as they offered me times as early as 6am, so I did not need to take time off work to be there. The men turned up on time, were courteous, and the German cockroach problem we were having in our apartment seems to have been eradicated.

    I have been extremely satisfied with the services I have received from Sydneys Best Pest Control. Since 2010 I have undertaken an annual pest service in my house, and I have been very pleased with the effectiveness of these treatments. Upon finding a rodent in my roof I was relieved that I could call upon Sydneys Best Pest Control to deal with this problem. In addition, I have frequently telephoned Sydneys Best Pest Control with a variety of pest related queries, and have been impressed by their responsiveness, knowledge and helpfulness. I have no hesitation recommending Sydneys Best Pest Control.
