    Do not book your event with Table Matters. The customer service is bad.
    I've booked to have my wedding later on this year at one of their exclusive venues, and can tell you that they have the worst customer service ever. When you first enquire, they were okay, they'll return your calls and answer your questions, but as soon as you pay the deposit and sign on the dotted line, it's like they forget who you are! It took them three weeks to get back to me after leaving them three voice messages and an email.
    They have multiple copies of the terms and conditions, so make sure you read it carefully. I met another bride who showed me her terms and conditions and not only was the pricing different, the included details (i.e. wine glasses etc) were different too!!
    They also charge some random figure for linen hiring. I was verbally told it would be $5 per table, and when the invoice came through, it was listed at $25. They other bride I met said she was being charged $10 per table. Sound petty? Well, considering I'm having 24 tables, it's a budget issue.
    I can't wait to get married, but this has put a real damper on things, so much so that i'm considering cutting my losses and losing my deposit to go elsewhere.
    I'm advising all my friends to avoid these guys and take their business to someone who actually cares about delivering an event considering the thousands of dollars it costs to hire and cater a venue.
