    hi i have been a tamarind day spa client for many year ,michelle maureen work very hard for both the local commuity and there clients, i have always been made to feel welcome
    the customer servive has alway been wonderful i love that i can send my husband in to get my skin care products and they made his feel very comfortable
    love this place and i love the treatments ,love the girls
    give them a go for your self

    One of the worst, if not worst, spa experiences I have ever experienced.
    To start, I had three treatments. Every one of those treatments ran late. The last one I walked out, because they were running 20mins behind for a 30mins treatment. For busy mums this is not ideal.
    The massage I had, the therapist did not even ask how I liked them, nor inquire during the entire session whether the pressure was okay.
    The facial, although they were running late for this appointment, it was actually very pleasant.
    The final treatment. There was not even anyone at the front counter to greet customers. Assured us that we would be looked after soon, but no apology was given, nor were we offered tea, coffee or water while we wait.
    I ended up walking out after 20mins. I did not even receive a phone call from the spa asking why I left or if i would like to reschedule. Obviously customer service is not a high priority here.
    If you want a relaxing spa experience, this is not the place for you. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone, and regret buying gift vouchers for friends gifts. There are plenty of better spas around that do treat you like a princess.
