I did not have my hair done at this salon as I was unhappy with the phone service I received. After receiving a bad haircut and colour from another salon, I rang Tangled Hair and politely asked, "I have a hair disaster and am wondering if you could help me?" The hairdresser on the phone replied in a rude and blunt way, "Yeah, what?" I explained the situation, and they abruptly said that it would take three visits (with a full head of foils each time) to fix my hair, however they would not colour my hair for two weeks, as it would be damaging. I understand that salons are busy places and hairdressers often have clients to attend to in person, however if they have been patient and polite with me on the phone, I would likely have booked an appointment for that day. The next salon I called was very eager to help, patient, and explained how they could fix my hair in a way that would only take one visit and would not be damaging to my hair. I booked immediately and got the results I wanted. All it would've taken for me to go to Tangled Hair instead was a little bit of enthusiasm, politeness and good customer service.
