I generally avoid eating at Sydney Airport but I needed to grab a bite while sending someone off so we walked around a bit before settling on Taste of Thai because the food smelt good. I suppose it is technically part of the food court, but there is seating available within the restaurant itself. We ordered a duck salad and a spicy minced chicken with fried egg, and were both pleasantly surprised at the quality of food. I'd visit again if I was at the airport and did not have any lounge access.
