    My hair looked bad after and the three other people they booked at the same time as me looked bad too. they were late, my appointment was for 9 and the person before me was for 8.15. They rocked up at 10 past 9!
    They burnt the scalp of the person before me and got someone else to do the majority of my hair and it looks terrible. One said has more dye than the other. They then proceeded to have a nervous breakdown in the backroom and leave me in the basin for 45minutes. They then ordered some breakfast and ate in the backroom while leaving my hair dripping wet. They cannot blow dry hair very well either. Never ever going back.

    This place is nothing like what it has been described as! I bought a deal from Ouffer recently and their website (and the voucher) showed a Paddington address but Tatjana's website shows a Potts Point address. Luckily I thought to call up and get the actual address of the place before I went - a third different address. So many girls were walking up and down the street looking lost before they figured it out. Just to make things a little more difficult, the actual salon is not even called Tatjana Vaune - it's a dinky, dingy little barbershop called Bardetta Joe. I turned up and the salon was completely overbooked, one hairdresser for ten clients who basically all turned up at the same time and were given no indication or explanation as to how long they would need to wait for, or why - barely an apology, either. Really unprofessional. The appointment took hours when it definitely shouldn't have - I sat with a treatment in my hair for over 40 minutes. There were bonus vouchers promised as a part of the deal I paid for too, but funnily enough, they weren't offered to any of the customers who'd purchased the deal. The job they did on my hair was not terrible (apart from the dye stains on my head that took a week to remove, I guess) but there was something super dodgy and unsettling about the whole experience. I will never go back to Tatjana!

    This is probably one of the worst hairdressers Ive ever been to. I hate to be that harsh, but I bought I cut/colour/blow-dry voucher to this place because it had been advertised as being voted on of the best salons in Vogue once or something, plus it was in a great spot in Paddington.

    I asked for my hair to be cut into a longish, shaggy bob. I also wanted to go slightly blonder than I already was. The staff who coloured my hair was very chatty and friendly and I thought she knew exactly what I was after. After a loooong session in the hairdressing chair (plus I was left alone at the basin with the colour on my hair for about 40 minutes), it was washed out to reveal a hideous shade of yellow blonde. My cut wasnt even an actual style, it was all one length and all one, horrible colour. I will never go back to this place its taken me several hairdresser trips to get the colour back to something resembling natural!

      wow! I think that is a bit harsh. Ive NEVER had that experience...and im surprised that this was written...did we go to the same place ???LOL . Then again I dont do vouchers....pay peanuts and all that......
