Overall, unhappy with this company. We spent of $7000 on carpet and Amtico tiles. When the carpet was being laid the staff tried to tell us we did not need new underlay (which we had paid for) but we insisted they put it down. The Amtico tiles were expensive and we went with this company thiking they would be laid properly. The quality of the workmanship was VERY average. Uneven edges around the walls and doors, the quote said that they would prepare the floor prior to laying, they just ripped up the carpet and laid them and now some of the tiles have visable lumps under them when viewed from a distance. Came back and hastily put a guard on a lip, which came off the very next day even though we were careful not to walk on it or disturb it. No after sales service - no one came to inspect the job and ensure that it had been done properly or whether we were happy with it. Really wish we had not paid the balance until we inspected the job properly.
