The owner Khalid is a great guy and incredibly honest. I highly recommend this mechanic if you are looking for a reliable, genuine, hardworking mechanic that knows what he is doing. I have known Khalid and Carol for a few years now and every time I have a problem with my vehicle they treat me like I have known them all of my life. Together Khalid and his soon to be tradesmen Steven accurately assess every issue I have and they always ask me prior to completing any unauthorised work on my vehicle. They give me a comprehensive explanation of the work carried out and show me the replaced parts. This kind of service is why they are the best automotive repairers in Sydney's West. -

Very pleased with the 90k service of my mitsu 380.Khalid explained clearly what service was done on the car and was very honest about the condition of the car. Car feels great to drive afer the service. Khalid has great Customer service skills and is very polite. Overall I recommend Taurus Service Centre hightly. Will be taking my other car for servicing shortly. -

An excellent mechanic. Recommend him to anyone. What you read in the reviews is absolutely true when it comes to dealing with Khalid. Too many greedy mechanics around that try to scare you into overpriced repairs which may not even be necessary. Why go through all that when you can just visit the Taurus Centre at Seven Hills -

While I'm yet to have a full service from Taurus service centre, I can tell you that Khalid is one of the most honest blokes in automotive repairs that I've ever come across. And the fact that he's customer friendly (so polite) is almost unheard of.
The two times I went there was once for a pink slip (e-safety check) where Khalid didn't try to pretend as though some issues exist in order to make money and hold me to ransom like some mechanics do.
The other time, most recently, I called him up because I suspected my car wasn't running properly and it felt like something was clogged in the pipes. I called him on the phone before hand and he said because its a safety issue he'd look at my car. He took the time out of his busy day (he had a lot of cars waiting for work) to inspect my car, checked out underneath and the wheels and even two test drives before giving me the all clear saying there was nothing wrong with my car but recommended that I replace one of my wheels due to visible wear (which I did at the near tyre place he recommended). He didn't charge me a cent for the inspection or pretend that there were major issues that I needed fixing.
Both experiences he's shown that he's an honest bloke, so the next time I need a servicing, I'll definitely be taking my car to Taurus. Khalid has always been easy to deal with, he's knowledgeable and very polite. Good on you Khalid!!! -

Khalid and his team have been looking after our two cars for a couple of years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Khalid, and his mechanical knowledge is second to none. The Taurus team are definately the best! -
Khalid and his team at Taurus Service Centre has been servicing mine and my mothers cars for over 8 years, and would not go anywhere else.
Khalid is always honest, straight forward and knows what he's talking about. I no longer consider him and his team as my 'mechanic' i consider them as good friends, and this is due to his exceptional service and go the extra mile attitude.
I have never had a negative experience.
I would always recommend Khalid and his team, and think you're nuts if you go anywhere else!
I even praise their community involvement, and I participate in their annual World's Greatest Shave event... -

I went to his workshop last month for my yearly log book service and came home with the peace of mind of a satisfied customer. The 30 kilometres I travelled from Summer Hill to his workshop in Seven Hills was worth it! Keep up the good work, mate!

I too can';t speak more highly of Khalid (& Carols) service. I trust him completely with my two cars, my bike and trailer and my wallet! Khalid will go the extra mile to ensure he does a good job. No corners cut or dodgy stuff here. He is always happy and will greet every customer enthusiastically and warmly. Its not just how he treats me... I have seen him treat every customer like me. This business deserves the many business awards they have won - and they have won many, and will win many more. These are family people who will look after yours. -

When you're driving without the Hubby and your car starts to play up and make funny noises, its nerve racking pulling into a mechanic cause you never know how much you're gonna get ripped off. Thank the stars the mechanics that I pulled into was Taurus Service Centre, Khalid was very nice, did good work and was very honest. Even though he was very busy I got my car back the next day. Im so happy I have found a mechanic that I can trust to take the car to by myself, knowing they will do good work at a very fair price. I will definately be recommending him to family and friends.
