Very busy place - good sign for a good agent. Had to wait a little bit, 10-15 minutes. But the gentleman knew his job very well. Good communication. The only thing didn't like he had to hurry me up, e.g. other people waiting. So, come prepared. I wasn't 100% prepared and had to look up data in my computer while there. They charged $99 + GST.
