Restaurant offers Vietnamese-Chinese cuisine. Nice and simple menu and has substantial competition in the vicinity. To compete they offer several banquet options (lobster and crab) for larger groups, however, too much emphasis on this with excessive advertising spoils the ambiance of the dining room.

It's a tough area to open a restaurant here, with so many already established. This is a chinese and vietnamese place, but I only tried food from the vietnamese side. Their broken rice/spring rolls/rice paper rolls were all up to standard. They seem to give you that little bit more than other places. Food didn't take long to come out, its a bit bigger than your average vietnamese noodle place, and its good value.
