    Something was wrong with our house, but we weren't sure quite what. Techniblock were quick to quote, gave great advice and could start quickly. Although they weren't the cheapest, we were really happy we chose them after the work fixed our problem. Plus the excellent communication to keep us informed at every step of the way, and the cleanliness of our block means we wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

    After going through the pain with the insurance company, Techniblock was a pleasure to work with. The staff were very helpful and friendly, willing to assist in every way to get the job done quickly, it took 5 weeks to underpin 2 properties (huge job), and although we were thrown some curve balls (incorrect foundations to the plans for the exiting building) the professionalism and expertise shown was excellent with solutions and ideas on how to move forward and address the issues. I have never seen a builder do such a fantastic clean up job at the completion of the works. Highly recommend, and a pleasure doing business.

    Excellent to deal with - their very friendly, extremely knowledgable workers did a fantastic job. And of course it's to be expected when restumping an old house that unexpected problems arose with rusted old pipes and so on but I was kept completely informed and was consulted with every step of the way regarding what may be required with solutions mutually agreed upon with a minimum of fuss. The quote given was the price paid at the end - no hidden costs. Highly recommended.

    Underquoted the price and would then threw on "extra expenses" over $1000 at the end of job that "had" to be incurred during the job without informing anybody about them half way through the job.
