    I went to Terry White Garden City last night (night shopping) to get a cologne for my friend's birthday.
    When I pay at the perfume counter, a staff came over and asked me, "do you want that?". I was shocked and said "Yes...". so the staff took my credit card and started swiping. I asked the staff whether they can wrap the cologne in 'nicer' paper instead of the plastic bag because it's a present. the staff immediately said 'No!'.
    There was clearly green tissue wrapping paper on the counter. I wouldn't mind if they say' Sorry we don't gift wrap or we only offer gift wrapping if you spend over $100) but NO!
    There were no sorry, hi or even thank you at all!

    I have been to Terry White Garden City a number of times, but have been there regularly this year since end of January. I joined their Tony Ferguson Programme. I have found all staff members at this store to be polite, helpful and very attentative to my needs and requirements.
    I fully appreciate, having waited in line at times for service that this is an extremely busy chemist/place of employment and I would say stressful.
    I feel that the staff do very well under that sort of pressure and their experience shows. Having said that there has been a young new girl there from, I would say January, who too is polite and very helpful, and I am sure will be an asset to the team there.
    Thank you to all the staff at Terry White Garden City, for helping me. I truly appreciate your dedication and advice.

    I would like to express my disappointment with the service I received today. I was purchasing a skincare product and the person who served me could not have been more rude. They did not make eye contact with me during the transaction, They did not greet me in any way, they barely mumbled how much I was to pay (again without making eye contact) and took my money without a word. They then gave me my change without a word, smile or even looking at me.
    I will go out of my way to avoid Terry White Garden City because of her rude service.

    I just wanted to express how happy i was with the service at terry White Garden City. The guy who helped me find the right cologne for a friend was very kind and helpful and would not let me forget to get my free Umbrella! that sort of thing goes a long way.
