A local secret for over 20 years Thai Classic Restaurant in North Carlton is known for its variety of speciality dishes that can not be found anywhere else. The terrace house location is inviting and families are encouraged to dine and this inexpensive restaurant. The menu is extensive and all traditional dishes are cooked to fresh perfection. The service is of a high standard and the staff are more than willing to assist in the diner’s selection and explain the finer points of the dishes. This is a licensed and BYO venue and corkage is $1.50 per head.

This is definitely one of my favourite restaurants in Melbourne. The food could not be nicer, and it is presented beautifully. I would be willing to pay more for what I receive here. The staff are lovely, and very accommodating - if you do not like a particular ingredient, they will organise to have it removed from your dish.
