We were the 1st there and had to wait 30 min before anyone even gave us water or came over to see us . a further 40 min for our wine (had to ask twice ) we had finish entree and half way through main before it arived. and after waiting another 40 min after ordering dessert we walked out with out it as we were sick of waiting. No Offer for a 2nd drink. So much for a nice Valentine's Dinner . (the food was nice though)
We ate at this restaurant for New Years dinner. The food was varied and each dish was very tasty. The interior was tasteful in decor and very clean. Good service also. We will be back again soon. 5 out of 5 rating from all six of us.
Very disappointing take away. shop was busy so thought it would be good. absolutely bland red curry (I had to add fish sauce) and received something like sweet and sour was not quite the chilli & garlic stir fry we ordered. Waste of money & time.
Went to the restaurant with reservations and found it packed. They had walk ins and seating was beyond belief. They even put a table partially across the entrance to the toilets. It was clear that they were more interested in having as many people in as possible. The quality of the food was good. The atmosphere was less than spectacular because when you have 25% more people in the restaurant than you should, it's incredibly noisy and cramped. The service also suffered severely. Getting 2 beer and 1 bottle of wine delivered took over a half hour. Asking several times for water which was never delivered. The service was the down side of what was a good meal. It was too crowded, too noisy and too slow. Other places have similar quality food and better ambiance (and service.) The service if better would make this a don't miss location.
Food was good but to the same quality as many other thai restaurants. When it came to paying the bill I used my card and their machine didnt work said it was declined. Payed for the meal with another card. On checking my statement i found that we had been charged twice for the same meal. When i confronted a senior staff member about the charges with a statement they told me that I would have to come back tomorrow and that i was wrong and there bank had said that they had not recieved 2 payments. The next day i was told i would have to contact my own bank to sort it out and that they hadnt charged me. I then asked them to call their bank again while i was there and with it on speaker there bank said there was two payments and to refund the customer. They reluctantly gave the money over and complained their till was down. No sorry for the inconvience of having to come back the next day and told me if i wasnt happy to never come back.
A night that was meant to be a celebration was tarnished by a rude staff member.
