Thai Saffron is located along popular Church Street in Brighton. Popular amongst locals and travellers alike the restaurant predominately serves Thai food, but is influenced by Western cuisine as well. 

The menu includes a variety of curries and the restaurant’s special, Thai saffron soup, which is a broth infused with the taste of barramundi. The flavour enriched food is reasonably priced, with a vegetarian option available. 

The customer service is also attentive. Bookings are accepted and advised.

    Ok....if you want to treat your taste buds to something special, here is the place. Without doubt the best Thai restaurant in Melbourne. The Pad Thai and curries are out of this world. You need to book, the room is a little noisy, but a wonderful experience. For a first date, try upstairs where the atmosphere is warm and romantic.
    Custer gives it two thumbs up!

    Saffron Thai serves consistently great Thai food. The restaurant is always busy. Take away is perfect if you can't get a booking.

    Brilliant! Must book ahead or failing that just get takeaway! Delicious, large menu full of the usual as well as some of their own dishes. I love the Thai Saffron soup and you can't go wrong with any of their coconut curries. Very reasonably priced too.... especially for Brighton!
