While it's true that they appear to know what they're talking about here, you pay dearly for the expertise. Shoes that could be bought for $100 cheaper elsewhere can be found here should you wish to pay for it. Friendly staff, but a look and chat for me was enough to choose to go elsewhere and pay less for the same product. -
As a New Year's Resolution, I decided to enter City 2 Surf a couple of years ago. Not having the proper footwear, I decided to check out The Athlete's Foot as their foot scanning technology had always intigued me.
The person I spoke to was more than helpful. He was a marathon runner himself and offered great insight to the right footwear I needed.
He began by testing my foot pressure on their special device and then suggested some shoes based on the results.
Finished the race :)
