The Beach Cafe in Fremantle is always a real treat. Located on Beach Street, just off the waters edge, this place has all the ingredients of a food and coffee outlet, and it surely doesn't disappoint.

The cafe has a super relaxed feel to it, and is something of a haven for both Fremantle locals and tourists alike.

Along with its interior and location, the excellent food and coffee, accompanied by friendly staff, also make this cafe top-notch.

I will not be dining here again. Food, service and price fail. The river was nice.

We waited over half an hour for lukewarm burgers that were frankly awful. I paid $10.50 for a dry patty, lettuce, a piece of tomato and, surprisingly, some beetroot. My partner's burger was not what he ordered and not what he paid for.

The staff were rude and responded to our complaints by walking away. They did not appear to be coping with the amount of people waiting for their food and did not have one smile between them.

I would have been better off going to Maccas... at least my order would have come out faster and warmer.
