    I have been a regular client to this salon since the new owner has taken over and I have never once had a bad experience there. I love the fact that she completely follows the OH&S guidelines and has always given me an amazing service, has always answered calls and if she hasn't she has called back soon after and all deals that I have done with her have never been turned away or anything. So I have no idea why people are saying what they have been because like I have said I have never had a bad experience. Thank you beauty room I will remain a loyal client

    Unfortunately, while my deal was honored, this is not a salon I would return to. The service was unprofessional, phone manner quite rude and the treatment average.

    Never go to this salon. they did not honour a deal I purchased at "OurDeal". I tried to book in three times and left phone messages within the timeframe stipulated in the terms and conditions, not of which were returned. I obeyed the terms and conditions by booking in before the date as requested and they did not honour the deal. This business takes your money and runs! Never go here!

      I have to agree with the bad reviews I've read, and I haven't even gone yet b/c noone has returned my voicemails or emails. I'm almost counting on the fact that my Living Social vouchers will go unused b/c the Beauty Room doesn't return voicemails/emails and my voucher will have expired by the time they decide to respond.

      I HAVE CALLED EVERYONE BACK AND SO HAS MY MANAGER! WE TOOK A SHORT BREAK AND RETURN TOMORROW AND STILL HAVE 4 PEOPLE TO CALL BACK GROW UP PEOPLE

    I would have to agree that the service was terrible - rude, purchased a one hour service which finished after only 45 minutes with no explanation. The therapist just seemed disinterested - very weak foot massage, did the facial with rubber gloves on (not a very relaxing or pleasant experience).

      Due to OH&S you must now wear gloves when touching client for each persons safety. I am 100% about safety. I sorry your not happy and all services went 1 hour!

    Worst customer service I have ever encountered, rude, unprofessional, bad mannered. I purchased a deal on Ourdeal, the deal expires on 12Sept, but says to book by 29Aug. I made multiple calls trying to make a booking on and before 29Aug, but it always went to the answering machine. Almost a week later I got a message on my mobile denying me the deal because I have not made the booking in time (though the deal itself has not expired). The reason I was given was (exact words from sms) 'it's your responsibility to book in early not leave it last minute its not our problem'
