went to The Cabin on Sat night and loved it! Has a real cosy, lounge room feel to it as well as a great balcony to enjoy the views! The menu was great, with mostly shared options but some good substantial stuff as well. Great wine list and cocktails that were 11bucks! Service was great, not too intrusive but always there when you needed them.
Awesome job guys and will be heading over to your other venue in Shenton Park real soon!

In fact, The Cabin could easily be the living room of an eccentric BFF - complete with bizarre ornaments, prints on face-brick walls, flickering candles behind glass-doored cupboards and a fabulous collection of wines to sample. Oh, and a couple of mounted stag heads. But this is way better than going to a friend’s house for dinner – you don’t have to feign an interest in cleaning up, the food is top restaurant quality and styled artistically on beautiful white plates. There’s an infectious energy running through the joint. In a word – it’s fantastic. It takes one sip of tempranillo while perched at a high-top free-form timber table to become part of the furniture of what really is an expensively refurbished old apartment. The clipboard-style menu, under plastic, lists a classy range of simple contemporary dishes. The litmus test was our rare decision to plough through to dessert, after licking our mains plates clean.
