    "boring food, crap service, average coffee" should be their slogan. We are a young couple from inner Brisbane and frequent a lot of cafe's, but every time we have tried
    a coffee club, its always absolute disappointment. We give them a couple of tries, but
    have finally given up, and its never one coffee club, it seems to be the norm in all, be it the valley, paddington, bulimba, city centre, anywhere, all seem to have the same occurring useless service, cold food, the list goes on. Even bringing out the desert before your main, and the ice cream has melted before the main as arrived, how hard can it be? Don't waste your time at a Coffee Club, try a non-franchise cafe that is busy, because thats always a good sign.

    The Coffe Club at Bulima has terrible service. I have given it a good chance and have gone back time after time but I have had enough. The service is shocking and when provided with constructive polite feedback the management gets defensive and offers no apology. I have shared my feelings with all my friends and have specifically asked them to tell at least 10 of their friends. Word of mouth is a powerful marketing tool and I am sure as a franchise the coffee club will understand this.
