    I have given Coffee Club Brookside many chances but each time I have found the service very slow. When you order a latte and a bottle of water half hour before a doctor's appointment thinking you have time and having to leave before both items arrive. Unacceptable. Tired of this place.

    I really like the coffee at Coffee Club. If you're after prompt service however, this isn't the place. I've had coffee here about six times and each time I have to chase up the staff for my order. There is no eftpos under $10 which I believe is to increase their revenue.

    Most coffee clubs I've been too aren't great and this one definately isn't any better. Overpriced food that isn't fresh and mostly microwaved. The coffee I received was lukewarm originally and when I asked for it to be remade, the barista just reheated the milk until it was burnt to point of being inedible.

    Over-priced menu items. The caesar salad I had was rife with off anchovies, though that was some time ago so it may have changed hands. Coffee I had there recently was too hot and not fresh. I ordered a cappuccino and latte, with both arriving with a dusting of chocolate, making my companion and I confused as to which was the latte.
    Milk was not textured properly and the coffee was very expensive for stale grounds and blindingly hot water. Barista needs to be employed badly and coffee needs to be fresher and ground per cup. This would be a better dining option if main meal prices dropped as well as the standard coffee prices until the coffee starts to reflect the price. People will pay over $3 for a cup of GREAT coffee, but not for a mediocre one. Service was polite but a tad curt.
