Review guidelines

All reviews and comments are screened by our team of moderators who work around the clock. We publish, reject, edit and remove reviews and comments at our discretion.

We accept reviews and comments which appear to be legitimate, honest and based on first-hand experiences with businesses.

We reject reviews and comments if they:

  • Don’t appear to be based on a genuine experience.
  • Contain swear words.
  • Contain offensive or derogatory material (including anything racist, sexist or homophobic).
  • Falsely or unjustly damage someone’s reputation.
  • Contain allegations of medical malpractice.
  • Contain allegations of illegal activity.
  • Contain allegations of food poisoning.
  • Are written by a business owner about a competitor.
  • Are based on rumour or second-hand info.

    It states that there is table service and to wait to be seated. We were yelled at to sit down by the manager who later walked past without addressing us, merely slamming down our cutlery. The wait staff made it clear they didn't want to be there and both staff and the management were quite unprofessional. When I complained about my meal the wait staff didn't return and give me a reply from the kitchen until I actually asked. I was told tough. The food was disgusting, portions tiny, not like a standard Coffee Club at all.. As a person who works in hospitality I was appalled and sure as hell wont go back.

    Great barista here. Chicken ceasar was very lemony and saucy, but eggs Benedict was as my partner says "f#^*ing awesome". Expensive but portions are huge

    Food was great but the service... Terrible.

    Waited seated for 13 minutes before obtaining our own menus from the side register. Picked our meals ad waited a further 10 minutes before having to notify the barrister we were ready to order due to the lack of service on the floor.

    Finally greeted by a staff with no Enthusiasm whom eventually delivered our meals.

    Don't sit at table 7.. You may blend into the glass...

    great tasting coffee and latte. Bad service though, especially with the rude indian fella. We bought a take away coffee and having a lil chat in the outside table when he told us that we are not allowed to drink in the table with take away coffee according to policy. that is extremely rude and bad costumer service. Considering that it wasnt a busy day and all the tables outside are empty.
