Fringe bar in Paddington offers a great range of hearty meals for under $15, including pizza, lasagne, steak and salads. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and the eclectic decor includes chandeliers, red velvet chesterfield style armchairs and arty black and white photos.  Fringe is a great place for casual dining and with two levels of bars to choose from, its also a great place to kick on for drinks with friends afterward.

    Had a great wrap here for $10 mid last week and the staff were really great to us. The place has been renamed The Unicorn and they have added a lot variety to the menu. Will definitely be coming back!

    I dined here again last night, i change my mind re the below review. The downstairs space is rather cosy and a little romantic even. While they have kept the pub feel upstairs. My steak so very tough and I didn't really enjoy it, but all the other meals were really nice (so out of 10 9 were great).
    Great service too, quick, helpful and really nice.

    Its had a reno, but unfortunately, I'm not a fan, they have lost a fair amount of floor space by going under ground and opening up the kitchen.
    Cheap menu though with $10 steak nights.

    Last night was the first night I've been in about a year or so. This time I was there for a couple of drinks which also happened to be Tuesday Trivia and surprisingly had awesome atmosphere.
    Booze for the buck isn't the best with their thick schooner glasses, but I might have to visit again after a few in Surry Hills. As always, a few good lookers there!

    Absolutely fantastic Mondays. Has a refreshing cocktail list- reccommend the cherry bomb. Awesome and friendly staff, food is surprisingly nice. Just a fantastic little place to go

    Great little bar that has enjoyed rising popularity over the last year or so. Warm atmosphere and pretty rooms. The bar staff are helpful and friendly although when it gets a bit busy it can sometimes get so packed you can't hear yourself think. Overall very trendy and some fantastic cocktails.

    Great spot to head out for a drink with friends. Tends to get really packed on a fri/sat night. Crowd scene is pretty good though, there are some good looking people there.

    Excellent place to go if you want great service, atmosphere and entertainment. We saw the comedy show and it was hilarious. We were also very pleased with the very accomodating staff who found us a table when there were none available and serve a variety of cafe drinks as well as the usual bar

    It may open early (happy hour from 4pm until 9pm on a Friday) but this bordello with fringed lampshades and exposed brick walls rocks on into the night with live gigs. Trivia nights and comedy nights make for quieter times where you could order a great bangers and mash.
