Booked for one night and had my booking cancelled when we rang to confirm with them.... Still have not received my deposit. Case is also with Dept of Fair Trading. Property is run down, lawn is long, pool is green.

Stay away from this place! My wife and I booked for two nights (paid for one night up front). Arrived ther to find that the bed was not made from the previous people, was told that their cook had left them.. so no breakfast available. They said we could have breakfast elsewhere and that they'd deduct the cost from the tariff, which they didn't! The advertised pool was green! The fan in the room was in pieces. We left the next morning but have since been charged a full rate for the second day, despite telling them that we would not be staying the second day. Rang them up but they were not prepared to listen and they hung up on me. Following up with Dept. of Fair Trading.
