Reviews of The Good Guys
From the size of the store to the "useless" greeting when you walk in the store, really no complaints with this store. Sure it's not as good as their Taren Point store franchise, as I felt they did better bargains and price comparison.
But this store still does a decent job. Castle Hill also has photo development - though I found the Kodak staff rather cranking to be honest. I did like their range of products and bought my air conditioner and printed some pics from these "Good guys."
From the lady who greeted us, the guy that sold us the fridge and the girls behind the service desk, everyone was outstanding. So lovely and did us great price. The only thing that wasn't A was the floor manager who was slave driving the staff! Perhaps I caught him in a moment, but he should take a moment to realize his staff are doing a stella job! They made a few grand out of us from their great service - he could have lost it. Thanks good guys - you were great
I called ahead to this store to ensure they had in stock what I was after. The fellow on the other end of the phone was really great; very helpful.
However, once I arrived I came across quite possibly the most apathetic person I've ever clapped eyes on. I approached him and asked him if he could help me which he was quite happy to do but there was just nothing there. This is what cos them the star-and-a-half. It didn't totally ruin my experience there but it did make me wonder if he needed a hug.
I'll certainly go back, if not just for the great prices and the wide range...then maybe to take that very bored guy a Rubik's cube to entertain him.
