This bar has only recently opened. The witty name is connected to their proximity to the Enmore theatre and if there before, or after, a show its heaving with the show-going crowds.

A great open space, it's a little larger than some of the other small bars popping up all over Sydney, yet still has the intimacy one likes in such a place. They have designed the bar in a 50s inspired style, with eclectic furniture and lighting I feel I could be dressing as Joan or Betty from Mad Men whenever Im there!

The back wall is a screen for some old films; both black & whites plus some great visits down 1980s memory lane. They recently added their logo on the wall behind the bar, and it looks like its been there forever.

They have a selection of yummy wines and some great beer choices. Their menu is bar snacks with a difference: some great gourmet toasted sandwiches and delicious cheese platters where you can choose how many cheeses youd like included.

A short while ago they introduced a cocktail menu, including both the classics and signature options. On my last visit I choose my all time favourite - an old school martini - and the mix was perfect. My companion had a margarita and the sip I tried was just right!

Though new on the scene, this bars already making its mark, and if you are lucky you may run into one of the local celebrities, or even some performers after theyve wound up their show at the Enmore theatre

I love this bar! The only problem is that I live on the other side of the bridge so it's can't be my local. But it is well worth the trek across town.

The decor is absolutely brilliant and the staff are switched-on and friendly. The best bit of all, there is no loud music so there is no need to scream at your companion.

I also noticed cult classic films screening on one of the walls.

Highly recommended and I'll definitely be back.
