Kilim provided a group of 35 people with a night of hilarity. The service was so poor that it was a joke. Not only did we starve during the banquet ($35 per head for a bits of bread and dip and 2 skewers of poor quality meat.) but we got charged for corkage when we helped ourselves to glasses, opened our own bottles and poured our own drinks.
We were originally quoted $29 per head for the banquet and an additional $15 per head for a drinks package for 2 hours. We were then told on our arrival that the cost was now $35 per head for the banquet and $30 for the drinks package. They said they had called us and confirmed the prices which never happened.
We were then expected to pay cash when there were credit card facilities available.
We were in a sweat box of a room which was in the Turkish theme yet dusty and dirty. The Air Con only heated the room.
Dinner was at 7pm and we didn't get our 2 skewers of meat until 930pm. We didn't receive our Baklava and turkish delight dessert at all.
It was the worst restaurant experience I personally have ever had.

Great venue but disappointing food and service. Have to order the set menu and after waiting over an hour and a half for our second course the meat dish coume out cold and congealed. We left at that point after complaining.
