We regularly eat here and the food is always more than satisfactory - but its the lovely service that keeps us coming back and back! Always very friendly! Definately recommend

No hot wok stir frying over naked flame here. The food is all pre-prepared casserole style and reheated. Very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. It's more like stew than chinese food.

My favourite Chinese restaurant in the area.
Nice decor, really nice food.
I've been back again and again with different friends and always had a pleasant meal and experience all round.
And yes, parking is easy and virtually at the front door,

Average Brisbane Chinese restaurant, with standard menu and passable food. Friendly service, and convenient parking available as well as delivery. Unfortunately, in my experience, the food can taste like has been reheated and the sauces can be thick and gluggy.

  I think you'll find a lot has changed in a year
  Maybe give these guys another try
  I've been there 3 times in the last 9 months and the food has been supurb each time.
  (Even tried the experience with some guests from Sydney who were pretty fussy, and Mandarin Master passed the test .... whew!)

  Hey Paile64, it hasn't improved like you hoped. The meals are still reheated and like stew. Disappointing, although the ambience is better than many chinese restaurants. But in the end, it's all about the food.

The Decor in this Chinese restaurant is a little more modern than what is used to being seen at a Chinese take-away joint here in the Brissie suburbs, but unfortunately the food does not necessarily reflect the decor.

Most of the usual favourites are here, with the chicken in plum sauce and chow mein being the better options though I have had tastier, and at a cheaper price.

The rice I cannot comment on as I asked specifically for no prawns due to allergies only to find that when I arrived home with my take-away, the rice was riddled with them, making this a frustrating and expensive outing.
If you suffer serious allergies, stay away.

Location is convenient and decor pleasant, so a dine-in experience should be fine if you do not suffer allergies.

Considering the amount of people who do suffer food allergies, one would expect all decent establishments to cater for people with special dietary needs, especially in a modern city like Brisbane.
