An excellent renovation; no sign at all of the old place. The Mill is clean, cool, very nicely decorated and has ample seating and table space. The food was very good, well prepared, hot where it should be and fresh - the side salad would have served three easily. A good 'family with young kids' ambiance until a reasonable 9:30pm or so then it gets 'a place to be seen' by the younger set. The kids play area and free computer game section is a great idea. The kids menu is better than most and very reasonably priced. Not too many TV screens. The bathroom facilities were clean and well supplied. The security staff on the door where a little daunting (!).. but turned out to be extremely polite and informative.. Recommended for an early evening family meal.. Looks like it gets loud and exciting later (Ah! those were the days :-)
