A great and varied menu to choose from. I was a guest at a private party at the weekend and Carly the manager, along with her friendly staff went out of their way to make people comfortable plus very well fed and watered! I'll be back again soon!

We had a great experience there with the hustle and bustle of the city, but quiet enough to have a conversation. The 150 Lashes Beer was awesome as was the blue cheese chicken!
The service was also excellent. I'd recommend highly.

The worst eating experience I have ever had. I ordered the wagu beef steak during a quiet lunch session. It ended up taking one hour to come out. When it did eventually come out, it was a rump steak about the size of a golf ball. I ended up sending it back in disgust.

Excellent service and wine menu. Pork was done well.

Me and my husband had dinner for my birthday in July at The Mill and it was one of the best meals I have ever had. Because I am a vegetarian, it is difficult to eat anywhere I want. Their menu has interesting meals and cater very well for vegetarians. I ordered an entree which was delicious, subtle and very appetising. My main meal was the mushroom tortellini which was incredibly yummy and very filling. Accompanied by beautiful wine. My husband's meal was a good one too. The meat was cooked perfectly and very succulent. I would definitely go back there again and highly recommend. It was the best Melbourne wine and dine experience.

Spent 3 days in Melbourne this was our first place for dinner on Friday night and the best place from the entire weekend. Charlie's Bar was full with a function so we went to the upstairs bar. The bar staff were excellent, talented and friendly. The meals for dinner were superb, they made the most succulent, moist chicken we have ever had (and one of our group is a chef). The wait staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They had an opinion on the food and were able to suggest wines without pressuring us to purchase.
Next time we're in Melbourne, we're going back there for sure.

Wonderful restaurant tucked away in Hardware Lane. We met for drinks first downstairs in Charlie's Bar, the bar was so good we almost didn't make it upstairs for dinner. But I'm glad we did, food was fantastic - make sure you save room for the cheese plate, best one I've had in Melbourne! Highly recommended, can't wait to go back soon.
