For the past few weeks I had been searching for a new pair of glasses. After having went to a lot of optometrists failing to find myself for a perfect pair of glasses with a perfect value, I decided to visit The Optometrist.
At first, it looked like a the other optometrists. A few seconds later the staff greeted me and started to assist me with her very attentive and friendly manners.
To my surprise, the drawers were not locked so she gave me the time and space to pick the glasses of my own choosing and try them on at my own pace.
I am also satisfied by the way she completely answered all my questions from my private health insurance rebate up to her opinions between one style to the other. She recommended me a view pair of glasses to try on and she also calculated the complete costs with the glasses without me asking for it -- this is what I call great customer service!
The glasses and sunglasses range are very affordable, which is perfect for those of you who are looking for a quality pair but prefer not to pay choose high-end branded eyewear which usually comes at a premium.
It took me less than an hour to finalise everything (including having an eye-test with a very thorough, friendly and helpful optometrist) and I am very happy with my visit and my purchase.
