Billed as country Victoria's premier live music venue, The Palais, in Hepburn Springs, plays host to a broad but never boring array of music acts from open mic nights to well known Aussie artists.

As well as the entertainment you'll find a seasonal menu and extensive wine list.

The Palais can also be booked for private functions and weddings.

uhhh - I just wanted to say that I'm still reeling in bliss after after our beautiful wedding at The Palais in Hepburn Springs. What a lovely community, with such friendly locals and I just couldn't believe the way the owners and their fantastic staff went out of their way to ensure that everything went smoothly for us. The food was classy & spectacular - peking duck, salmon encroute amongst other items and a gorgeous croquenbouche, we were allowed to decorate an already beautiful venue the way we wanted. The musicians were some friends of mine and they have all been raving about the quality of sound throughout the night - I was too busy dancing the night away on the massive sprung dance-floor to notice that kind of detail. But more importantly for me it was all the little details that I didn't even know about until later - the owners had arranged a bus to ferry guests to their accommodation afterwards, an elderly guest was looked after, they still had staff on to cater for the pre-arranged late late (after midnight) woodfired pizza requests, which were gourmet and delicious and they gave us the whole of the next day to collect all our flowers and decorations, which made everything so relaxing and stress-free. I still can't quite believe how well it all went with friends and family all contacting us to say thanks for having your wedding in such a beautiful spot. I'd be happy to recommend The Palais to anybody who wants to put on a fabulous wedding.

what could be a great venue is an utter dissapointment. The website states that they 'love' love when hosting a wedding and that they'll make anything a possibility.... however that definitely was not conveyed during any of my dealings with the palais. I met with them 2 months earlier to discuss the possibility of hosting my wedding there. I am a DIY bride and require little assistance but a menu. 2 months later I was still chasing them repeatedly for this menu. I told them I understood if they were busy but should I go elsewhere, I was told "we are busy so we are not 'not' getting back to you and was given a pizza menu.... for a wedding. I thought it might just be poor form on the function managers behalf so rang the management to advise that I was kinda, after 2 months, getting nowhere. they adv they had seen my emails and that a menu had been sent too me. That was 10 days ago and my inbox is empty. Beware all brides! rude and not even worth a look. 2 mths of planning gone!

  reading your review is a total shock to me as I am getting married @ The Palais in november and have had nothing but proffessional, organized, and heart felt dealings with the team there. They have been truly amazing going way above my expectations. We have been in to meet them and they are really nice people, It is a huge undertaking organizing your own wedding but my mind is completely at ease. Im so looking forward to having my special day in this incredible venue. So Brides make up your own minds would be my advise, sorry your experience wasnt a good one.
