The Palms Food Court & Restaurant

Directions
The Palms Food Court & Restaurant is a very interesting set up. It is a food court restaurant, meaning it has four booths each serving a different cuisine- Chinese, Malaysia, North Indian and Sri Lankan. These mixes of flavours are perfect if you want a taste of Asia all in the one go, from curry to chicken feet. The interiors of this restaurant are very interesting, a sun roof and interesting choice of wall deco together give a very relaxed atmosphere.

I have been frequenting Palms for the convenience of having many choice and reasonable quality, but the quality seems to have taken a dive over the last year or so.
The Malaysian restaurant now charges $5 more than others for char quay teow with prawns while the quality has gone down a lot. As for hoppers, I have never had worst ones. They put watery milk in the hoppers instead of coconut milk.
I have never written a review before, but I am so disappointed today, I thought I must write this hoping it will lead to some improvements. But I will not be going there any time soon.

Always good value. Nice mix of Asian cuisines.
Easy for taking the kids to lunch here as its a bit
lively so it doesn't matter if the little ones talk or
    make noise.

I come here often. You get a choice between Indian and Asian dishes, and simply go and order at the counter depending on your tastes. There's a buffet on Thursdays which I highly recommend. Food is fairly cheap and usually served quickly. There's also a cafe.

If you've never been to Asia but would like to, go here. The place is a lively mix of Indian, Sri Lankan, Chinese and Malaysian. It's a food court straight out of busy Singapore. The food is just superb. Try hoppers on Sunday and Wednesday nights. Try the nasi goreng - it's the best you'll get anywhere. For vegetarians, try the masala dosa. For dessert you must have the mango pudding. The prices are cheap, cheap, cheap. I think I'll be calling in after work - feel like some spice !!
