    I was told about the Paper Connection in Brisbane, on Charlotte St. I went in there during my lunch break. The person serving would not give me a chance to have a look around in the store- they kept showing me different paper and not giving me a chance to think- I understand they were trying to help, but I kept saying thank you and I will have a look around and they did not give me that opportunity. They did not have the paper I wanted, and they said they could order it in and have it there on the following business day. After they ordered it I was told I must place a deposit, and felt like I was obliged to. I did not hear from them- called them on Friday, their supplier was shut and said they will give me an update on Monday. 3pm on Monday still have not heard from them, had to call them again and still have not received it and said they will give me an update- 4.55pm came and still have not heard from them and had to call again- finally said it will be on Wednesday (which was nearly a week since I ordered the paper)

    I found the store to be really un helpful and bad customer service. Unfortunately their supplier let them down- but they also did not keep in contact with me which made it hard as I needed the paper urgently to create wedding invitations. Instead, got a refund and now going with someone else for my paper supplies on the internet.
