My appointement was cancelled without me knowing. I turned up for my apointment and was told that I had made a mistake with the time. I made another appointment, but never turned up.

I had foils done and the colour looked great, but the folis didn't reach all the way to my roots so I looked like I had regrowth after the hairstyle was done. They did offer to fix it at a later date, which I'm still waiting to be contacted about.
