    Took my car there as a private job after i had been recommended by someone, i expected an excellent service, but to my surprise, these guys let me down, i am not happy at all with the end result of their work, I was quoted repairs agreed on a price, and took my car to them...when i, picked up my car after having payed them good money... i get home i noticed a couple of problems, first of, they had done something to the airbag system,the computer was giving me an error..so i had to inconvieniently had to take the car back to them.. second of all, they had not fixed the bottom sil of the door, they completely didnt take any responsibility for their lack of attention to detail. their only answer was that they had missed that dint, therefore had not quoted it, one of the bosses there said it was human error (not good enought mate) yet while the car was been repaired they realised the dint, yet failed to give me a call informing me that the car needed work done that was not picked up in the orginial quote?..i took the car to get 100% repaired , not 75% repaired.... as i argued my point they were not understanding, they were just very angry and defensive, and wanted more money for further repairs....PEOPLE, DO YOURSELFS A FAVOUR, do not take your car here, specially if you paying money yourself. as you can see these people don't really care about customer satisfaction.

      Are you sure your talking about the same place, I have been there twice now and both times have recieved excellent service and great craftmanship. I would not go anywhere else!

    The guys at this repair shop are fantastic, After having an accident I was very concerned who was going to repair my car, as I have known of some bad experiences. All I did was ask around and all the responses directed me to these guys. The guys there were great, lovely reception, clean premises, very professional and above all the end result was perfect. My son had his mechanic friend check it out and he could not fault it. Fantastic repairer, Great service, and outstanding repairs. Highly reccommend. A+++

    Rang up this company today enquire about some detail about get my Daughters care fixed as she had been in a accident . I found one on the Guys there to be very rude and abrupt. He was talking down to me over the phone making me feel every uncomfortable. I would not recommend this Repair centre to anyone.
