The place isn't what it was a couple of years back. I stayed there in mid 2009 and found it to be good, decent sized rooms, bathroom, TV, big fridge, tea and coffee making stuff. Back then I think there was a New Zealand staff running the place and she did an okay job.
In my more recent stay I'd have to agree with Normad on that one. Maybe the reason why management became aggressive (room change) was because they (rooms) were all they same!
Sorry guys, avoid at all cost. Room smelt musty, and there was mouse poo on the window sill. Management was aggressive when we asked for a room change. We didn't end up staying, and we were refused a refund. I have never once in my life seen such bad customer service.
