We work in the residential and small commercial sectors and prefer to deal directly with the property owners. We do not work for builders.

    Jack warned us that he was very busy, but was nevertheless able to complete the repair of our leaking roof within three weeks (after the summer of rain) came when he said he would, fixed the problem at 2/3rds the price of the other company that gave us a quote. Have no hesitation at recommending him or employing him again.

    We found Jack and his team great to work with. The whole process was extremely easy - from the process of getting a quote to the actual work being done. Jack was also really happy to answer all of our questions about the work and always got back to us very quickly when we called him. It was one the things we've had done around the house that caused us the least amount of hassle!

    I also chose this company because of great reviews on True Local. Jack came out to quote when he said he would, him and his team arrived at the job on time, were very friendly and professional. They left the site in a very tidy state and the quality of their work was excellent. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

    I chose this company because of the great reviews and I'm very glad I did. While my job was small (a leak repair), the whole process was pleasant and worry-free. And yes MsCostello, Jack is a thoroughly likeable fellow. I'd definitely call him again!

    Jack and his team are one of the most professional and friendly tradesmen I have encountered in Sydney to this date.

    The quotation was fast and reasonable and the work (replacement of all guttering for the entire house) was carried out promptly with zero disruption to our lives. I am very happy with their conduct and you cannot argue with a seven year guarantee for all works carried out!

    Jack is a throughly likeable and friendly fellow who knows his profession very well. I would be delighted to recommend him to all my family and friends without hesitation.

    My wife and I recently moved into a new house and during the heavy rain we have had recently (Spring 2010) we spotted a leak in one of our ceiling corners. Having never needed to fix a leaky roof before I was a little worried about dealing with a roofer and really didnt know where to start looking. I ended up turning to Google and found The Roofing Professionals website which was full of useful content and videos so I put a call in. I was called back by Jack Yuen and arranged for him to pop round and take a look.

    On arrival Jack was friendly and very helpful. He took the time to explain what he was doing and where the problem was. Luckily for me it was only a minor issue and he made the necessary fix in no time. Jack was also very courteous and treated our new property with the same care that we do which again made the whole process very pleasant.

    I would thoroughly recommend Jack and The Roofing Professionals to anyone in Sydney that needs roofing help, he was a pleasure to deal from start to finish.

    I have had ongoing problems for over 20 years with a flat roof with box gutters that was a leaking, overflowing nightmare every time it rained heavily. None of the many repairs done over these two decades had fixed the problems.
    I recently decided to replace the entire (rusty) roof. Jack came up with a solution with all the extras that I requested, including new rain-heads at the top of the downpipes and two layers of extra insulation. Jack and his team did a really professional job of replacing my roof, paying attention to the small details that really mattered to me after such problems in the past. It was a pleasure dealing with such a punctual, polite and helpful tradesman.
    I have no hesitation in recommending Jack for any difficult roofing job you might have.

    We had a water leak through our light fittings so we asked a Painter friend of ours as to who was a good roofer. We compared Jack with two other quotes and his was not only the cheapest but was also offering us the most value, a near complete Colorbond roof replacement. I also checked the quote with a colleague in the Construction industry who said it was a fair quote. Jack showed me what was left of my old roof, why it had corroded to such an extent, and had the new roof up with 2 days and a minimum of fuss to my young family. Not only am I happy to refer him, I have done so a number of times to family and friends.

    It's unusual to find a tradesman who is punctual, courteous, competent and fair. Jack ticks all these boxes. I found him through Google, and took a punt on him. He fixed a leak at my parents house. It turned out to be a simple repair - and he did it for free. He's the sort of guy that takes pride in building up a base of happy customers, and relying on referrals. So - I'm happy to refer him. If only I could find similar people in the other trades...
