Awesome location for a restaurant! You can sit outside along the water. I ordered the fish and chips which was real yummy. Had really nice wine too. The waiters forgot to bring out some nibbles before our mains and we ended up having to ask them again. They eventually brought them out after we'd all finished eating.

I stayed at the Sebel one after a wedding which was right next to the sebel , watersedge
Was a great place to come in between the ceremony and reception as we had some time to kill . Everyone from the church service had the same idea .
We checked in quick and easy . Great too as i could retouch my make-up .
the rooms were so big and luxurious . The design was stunning and simple yet stylish in one . The bathrooms are amazing , so big . Ive stayed in hotels where the whole room is the same size as this bathroom
Lovely products for use such as shower gels and body lotion .
A fab breakfast which i defiantly needed after the wedding
Will be staying at the sebel more often

All the rooms have just been redesigned by the same architect that worked on IVY. The rooms are large and most have stunning views of Sydney harbour.
The finishings inside are beautiful and the day bed in the king room is so big you could easily fit a couple of people. The bathrooms are the largest I have seen in a city hotel and feature a double spa. Make sure you check out the flooring in the bathroom it is really funky. I tried a few of the hotels food offerings and all were delicious. Staff at the hotel were also really friendly and were always smiling. Highly recommend this as a place to stay in Sydney .

I have stayed at this hotel twice. Whilst my first stay had a few hiccups, management were more than happy to rectify this the next time I stayed. Amazing quality and service, highly recommended.

Fantastic hotel; a colleague of mine had some really poor service here once but my own experience was great, staff looked after us, we had a spacious room facing straight onto the harbour and could walk down to the bar to look straight up at the harbour bridge.

Room service was quite decent as well although took forever!
