Generally good service, and with the exception of one of the vets, they are lovely and friendly. However: I strongly recommend that you get a printed copy of the expected services and costs BEFORE your pet goes in for treatment or I guarantee you will end up paying much more what they tell you it will costs. Every single time I have been to them, the bill ends up around twice what I was told - this includes every single general check up that my pets have received. Stuff costs what it costs - and I will pay whatever price need be for my cat and dog to be healthy - but adding hidden costs and over charging me is not acceptable. I understand that you can't predict things some times - but doubling my bill EVERY SINGLE TIME? I will never go back to them. I can get a great professional and friendly service from another vet that doesn't abuse me - thanks! -

Great service, the nurses and vets were friendly & caring and offered me the best treatments for my dog. They were professional and affordable and it was great the way they worked with me to plan what treatment was best for my dog. He's happy and healthy now till next check up. -

Great Service, just hide your Wallet!
Unfortunately they charge extra for diagnostic tests which other vets include in the consult.
Also charge almost double for medication and accessories such as shampoos. Sadly for us they charged the earth and still didn't diagnose the problem correctly : (
Went to AWL, same consult and tests was half the price and they solved the problem and placed our dog under the correct medication : ) -

I woudl like to write a reveiw on the vets at Helensvale, When my dog fell ill they were wonderful and when I had to pul my beloved and dear friend to sleep the support and after support of the vets and veterinary nurses was awesome. and to receive a bunch of flowers showing and passing on their condolences really showed they cared. Thanks guys and will bring the new fur babies down when i get to bring them home. Noel -

I would like to comment on the fantastic service I received at the Vets in Helensvale. My cat caught her foot in a fence and cut her tendon. My first attempt to see a vet close to home was unsuccessful as they could do nothing and I was informed it would cost me a fortune. I then went to Helensvale and they saw us immediately,gave us options on treatment of the foot and although she had to have surgery, the cost was not exorbidant.We took her back for her post op check up which was at no cost and she was thoroughly checked over.A month later I took her back as she was limping, again at no cost they checked her out and informed me that all was good, it would just take awhile to heal. It has healed perfectly and I want to express how impressed I was with the staff and the service I received there.
