    My husband and I attended a wedding at the willows recently. What a beautiful venue! The garden ceremony was simply divine with the summer sun. The canapes afterwards were heavenly little mouthfuls, and it was lovely to have a glass of cider in-hand.
    It's a very unique venue with the added bonus of "ala carte food and drink service" - we were pleasantly surprised to be able to order our food preferences for entrees, mains and dessert.
    I love that the dancefloor isn't in the dining space! I see in an earlier review that it's not for everyone, but our friends who selected the venue really appreciated it because of the amount of elderly relatives who were in attendance. My husband and I thought it was a clever alternative to a traditional function centre, and it really worked.
    The service levels were excellent; the staff were incredibly attentive without being overbearing, and the management were very warm and accommodating to my dietary requirements. I hope we get invited to another wedding there!

    We recently married at The Willows and couldn't be happier. From the initial sales appointment right through to our planning and big day everything went seamlessly. The event team were amazing and our coordinator, left nothing to chance. We had a fantastic day and great memories. The food and beverage were excellent (and definitely a highlight for our guests) and the staff conducted themselves in a professional but friendly manner. Five star venue with five star service! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend,

    Just attended a wedding there. It was absolutely bad. The wait staff were rude and unfriendly. My 3 year old child didn't receive his entree. Everyone was served at 7:30pm and at 8:45pm, he still had no food. The management didn't seem to care, so we had to leave and go and buy him McDonalds and bring it back for him to eat. The toilets were filthy. It was about half an hour into the function before we were offered any drinks. My 1 year old was given a high chair that wasnt clean either! The wait staff were not impressed when I asked them to clean it.

    Whilst the venue looks nice in terms of photos, I would not recommend having a function there

    The venue is very squishy, despite what they say, it is not appropriate for more than 100 people

    had an awesome time at The Willows a few weeks back at my corporate celebration but I've been here for a wedding too. Portion sizes weren't huge but they were reasonable and no one went hungry. It so nice being able to order rather than get stuck with a choice of two. We found the food to be really honest and of good quality. Service was excellent.

    went here as a guest for a weeding food portions tiny cold and not tasty, venue is nice for a small wedding, but if food is important to you don't pick this place for your wedding unless you want your guest to starve!!!

    it is so worth have your function here. I went on the weekend and we all had the best time. Everything was so easy for the staff and the service was fantastic. It was great to see that you could choose your own meals at a function and that it came out looking at tasting amazing. Will definately be arrange a small dinner here. I recommend anyone to go.

    It's worth dining at the Willows just for the beautiful heritage building however the Willows is much more than that. The food is sensational and the service is wonderful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - one of our favourites.

    The Willows Restaurant offers one of the best seafood menus I have seen. The prices may seem a little high, but the food is definitely worth it. All of the ingredients are fresh, and the size of the meals is very generous. Great place to hold a function.
