    I purchased a Ford Focus from Thomson Ford sales in 2009. 9,000km's into my ownership, my car developed a peculiar clutch problem where the pedal has begun to vibrate abnormally when pressed. Brought it in to Thomson Ford's (lack of service) centre about THREE TIMES and had to call the head office to get some form of resolution--that is, to get my clutch kit & pressure plate replaced. 40,000km's later, the problem reoccurred again. This time, THEY FAILED TO TAKE OWNERSHIP of the problem, and said that "it is normal". Liaising with head office did not aid matters as well. I am now stuck with a car with an abnormally vibrating clutch pedal.

    Recently, I took the car in to make a warranty claim on my fuel door as the hinge that supports it had broken off (only 2 years into ownership). Was told I was applying "excessive force" on the part, while acknowledging that European plastics are not well-suited to Australian conditions.

    Their staff treat their customers very unprofessionally. In fact, they are very rude. They're unsympathetic, do not listen and do not work 'with' their customers.

    AVOID THIS SERVICE CENTRE AT ALL COSTS. The staff over at Alto Ford in Artarmon (trust me, the extra trip is worthwhile) are much much better.

    Recently i booked my mondeo in for a 45,000km service log book service , good communication skills and service centre was easy to find.
    It is a minor service which shouldn't be costly and the rear brake pads were a little worn and a slight clunky noise in the steering/ suspension and wiper blades to be replaced.
    The total cost came in at almost 800 dollars and they couldn't identify the suspension noise , the wipers are still noisy because the wiper arm is bent which they could of told me , the log book wasn't stamped , and the car had grease marks on it . but it does say in service complimentary car wash and vacuum but the car was dirty.
    Worst service i have ever had .
