    Having a reliable car is important to me as I travel for work doing a lot of KM. I have the cars regularly serviced by Three Point and have never had a breakdown in using them for over the last four to five years. Even though Tony is no longer around, the same excellent service is there. Price is not an issue and I have never felt uncomfortable with an invoice presented to me. They offer good value for the work performed.

    Having relocated from Brisbaneto Gold Coast for work you have to establish a whole new routine, where to buy groceries, who is our doctor and most important a vet for the cat. The issue of the cars was another to be dealt with. I explained the situation of our moving to Jim at Three Point Mt Gravatt and asked who he could refer us to on the Gold Coast. What a surprise it was to find they had a branch on the Coast, I never knew. Since then 2 years ago both cars have been to Bundall. David , Boyd and the rest of the people deliver the same great service we were used to at Mt Gravatt. I feel very comfortable with them.

    We have Mercedes Benz cars for over 20 years my wife and myself. During this time the vehicles were always looked after by Three Point at Mt Gravatt. Upon retiring to the Gold Coast several years ago we kept taking the cars to Brisbane for service. How pleased we were when we found you had opened a branch on the Gold Coast. The service is the same as what we are used to at Mt Gravatt.. You treat the cars as if they are your own and go over them with a fine toothed comb. But this does not mean I still do not like Jim and the crew at Mt Gravatt. Happy to deal with you Gold Coast and keep business local.

    I miss seeing Tony in the workshop. He always looked after my cars as if they were his own. It must be several years since you acquired the business from Tony and changed the name. I can honestly say that I am extremely happy with the way you have continued to look after my wife's and my cars. Like us they are getting on, but they are classic Mercedes and they never in our minds age. I also have a fairly new BMW X5 and when it is out of warranty it will definitely be coming to you. You offer fair prices with exceptional service. No maybe it is not exceptional service, just old fashioned service that others have forgotten how to deliver. You know your business.

    We came up from Melbourne and as we got close to Tweed Heads, the car started to miss every now and then. I was quite concerned as when you are on holiday the last thing you want is car trouble. We were staying with friends at Broadbeach and I told my mate about the problem. Next day we took the car for a drive and it was perfect, no fault. Several days later we went for a drive into the hinterland and the fault reappeared. It obviously had something to do with when the car was hot and had been running for a while. My Friend David has his car looked after by you because mine is a Benz like his, you were the logical choice. I left the car overnight with you and on return you explained it was a faulty fuel filter. The cost was minimal compared to what it could have been. The car ran perfect all the way back to Melbourne. Well done.

    Thanks to Boyd, Matt and David for all the excellent work they do on our cars. We have three Mercedes ranging from the A class to the ML. You are always very friendly and make me feel welcome when I bring the cars in whether it be for a service or some repair work.
    I particularly like how you pre plan the work that has to be done on the cars so I can budget and fit the repairs into our busy family chedule. Best wishes for Christmas.

    When Tony retired, I was cautious about the new people taking over his business. Tony had assured me they were very professional and he would not sell to just anyone. Since that time, I can honestly say at no stage has Three Point disappointed me. It is still the same personal service, excellent mechanical knowledge and at a realistic price. My Benz is looked after A1 by Three Point. Thanks

    Since I have owned mercedes cars since 1977 I know the importance of good trustworthy servicing and I am now happy that I have discovered your company.

    My current vehicle is an 07 E200 Kompressor 4 cylinder, and recently had it serviced at your Bundall Branch.

    I was very impressed with the layout of the workshop and the up to date diagnostic equipment used to identify vehicle parts and possible faults. Your staff were professional, courteous and friendly and I felt safe in the knowing that my vehicle was well looked after. I also thought the cost was very reasonable for the quality of service I recieved.
