    If you are looking for a PT that is highly qualified, practises what he preaches, understands wholistic nutrition, knows how to motivate you when reaching your goal seems insurmountable, is proactive about changes to your program and happens to be a great workout buddy and a genuine and intersting human being, then look no further than Timo Topp. He is all this and so much more. You'll be transformed from the inside out. Highly recommended.

    Timo Topp has been a supportive trainer guiding me to achieve my fitness goals.
    Timo has kept me motivated and challenged through all my training sessions.
    Training with Timo has benefited me mentally and physically providing a training schedule after assessing my strengths and weaknesses.
    Timo always provides feedback and encouragement, and is particularly supportive when the going gets tough. Timo continues to encourage and support me even I feel like giving up.

    I have trained with Timo for 6 years on and off in between having children. He is 100% dedicated to helping his clients achieve the results they want and he certainly has helped me get fit and trim up after having children. I couldn't have done it without him. I lost 10 kilos after the birth of my second child and successfully completed the city to surf soon after. He knows is stuff and provides a fun and encouraging environment. He's always happy to share his wealth of knowledge about healthy eating and how to achieve those personal goals. He has even just published his first book!! Thanks Timo.

    Having struggled on my own to get back into training and failing miserably over 6months, I decided to contact Timo. I'm glad I did. After a short while he has made me stronger and more committed to a regular training program. His variety of exercises, knowledge and support has paid off, I feel more energized, fitter and really enjoyed being outdoors with that fantastic outlook on Rushcutters park.

    I have been training with Timo for 3 years. He is honest, does not judge, knows his stuff upside down, does not preach but is firm and tough. Most of all, he is a damn good trainer and gets results.

    Timo is a fantastic personal trainer. He makes a genuine effort to understand your health and fitness goals and tailors every session accordingly. Sessions are dynamic and challenging and also very educational with Timo sharing his wealth of knowledge on how to live a healthier lifestyle. I've been with timo for a year and have had great results. Rushcutters Bay is a great place to train and Timo's spot down near the water is the pick of the locations. If you're looking for real results and a friendly and very experienced personal trainer, I'd strongly suggest getting in touch with Timo.

    Timo is a genuine trainer, who is extremely passionate about helping people
    achieve their goals. He is honest and dedicated, and knows a lot about
    physiology and food. I have been training with him for 4 months. Some of the benefits have been, weight loss, increased energy, imporved body image, greater concentration. I am enjoying this journey

    Recently signed myself up to Step Into Life. Sick and tired of attending gyms and wanted to mix my fitness up a little. Timo's approach to each training session is fantastic really well organised and structured according to your fitness levels. I would highly recommend Step Into Life as it is a fantastic way to start your day but also to get your life back on track in a non intimidating environment.

    I have been training with Step Into Life Rushcutters Bay for around 3 years, sometimes it is hard to get out of bed at 5.45am in the dark and cold of winter but just to watch the day unfold over the yachts at Rushcutters and walk home feeling so worthwhile is more than enough motivation but add to that Timo our truly inspirational and highly motivating trainer and that is the reason I always want to be there. Timo keeps me fit and focused. Timo and Step in to Life Rushcutters Bay is more than the best you can do for yourself.

    Timo's classes are the perfect kick-start to the day! A friendly and approachable group, motivating and varied classes that work for any level of fitness and not to forget watching the sun come up from a beautiful park by the water! Why wouldn't you start your day this way?
