Without doubt, the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I called to ask if they had a particular model and was told "unfortunatley we cannot check and that you would have to come in and take your chances" I live 3 hours away so that wasnt an option and now neither is my continued business. -

An impressive range of merchandise is unfortunately negated by thoroughly abysmal customer "service". The term "service" is used here in it's strictest technical sense, as the staff are openly condescending and suspicious, closely following one about as if the customer is about to steal every item they even look like touching.
In fact, after being a regular customer for years and spending literally hundreds and hundreds of dollars in their shop, I was accused of being a thief! To top things off, I had made a purchase valued at approximately $130 the week before this accusation.
As a result, they lost a regular, high spending customer for life...
