    I booked a tint using their online system, and turned up at the allotted time and date ready to have my car tinted. The staff said they had no record of me having an appointment. Considering I booked on THEIR website, and PAID IN FULL using PAYPAL to their company account, I can't see how they were unaware I was coming. Either way, they said another customer would have to go before me, and I could sit and wait for one and half hours until they started my car, and an additional one and a half hours for them to finish my car.

    I told them I couldn't wait that long, as I had driven 25 minuted from the city to be at the store, and had work later.. I asked them for my money to be refunded and they said 'only the management could give refunds. I asked for the management's number and they told me the management doesn't like their number being given out to customers when they complain. They said the management would call me and arrange to refund my money.

    Surprise, Surprise, no call from the management. I got a response in writing from them via PayPal when I sent them a dispute asking for my money to be refunded. The management replied that they can't take responsibility for the failed delivery of service, as there was a storm in Brisbane and their computer wasn't working well. They HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY !!!!!

    My solicitor says I have to make all reasonable efforts to write and speak to the management, before lodging a claim in the small claims court against the company.

    ALL THIS MESS DUE TO TINT PLUS not delivering the service.

    I have learnt my lesson about reading reviews before booking a company service.

      I refunded your payment within 30 minutes of our telephone discussion PayPal even advised me that your complaint had been withdrawn

      As I said on the phone I am very sorry you were inconvenienced. I acknowledge you made the online booking in good faith, however, as I explained to you on the phone the email notifying of your booking was not received by my staff due to the storm on Sunday evening taking down our internet â?? and you know this is true because you had to use your wireless connection to prove your booking. My staff did their best to try and rearrange other bookings and offered to start on your vehicle in 60-90 minutes. I am sorry that this was not acceptable to you and I am also sorry that we could not agree to reschedule the customer whose vehicle was already in our workshop being tinted.

      I know you are annoyed and I am very sorry about that but could you please correct the public record and acknowledge that you did receive a full refund.
