My passport was sent from USA embassy to me via Toll service. It's been 2 weeks that it's sitting in their premises with the address that they stuffed up. Marked as undeliverable. After 3 phone calls to customer service I was told that they are not going to update my address and deliver the item. Just lost my time for stupid conversations with John, Morine and the rest of useless people. Even though it's not my fault, I have to suffer trying to get my document... No point of using more

I booked a document pick up this morning at 8:32 this morning. The operators English was pitiful. She advised my home address was no such address. I assured her it is! I repeated & spelt address 4 times. She gave me pickup option 1-3 / 3-5, I chose the latter. I took the afternoon off - not confident with her times! Worst company I have dealt with. Suppose to pick up a parcel between 10-5. I took the day of work, driver was a no show. Called twice and they said the person was 20 min away. 8pm still waiting. Was told to call ofter 6. 6 is when they close

I was suppose to get a delivery LAST THURSDAY yet one week later I'm still waiting I WILL NEVER USE TOLL AGAIN! BE AWARE!

a week ? it took Toll 3 weeks to declare a parcel lost, and it's taken 3 months to replace the item they conveniently "lost" during Christmas. useless.
