The online customer service is the worst I have ever received. They do not deliver within the time frame on their website, 3 to 10 working days and do not express deliver for free when it is their mistake. It took 8 working days for them to realise that they didn't have them in stock and had to try and source them from one of their shops in Melbourne. They gave me an invalid tracking number for Australia Post and do not return emails or phone calls when they say they will. They also put you on hold for up to 10 minutes to get to talk when you ring them. I ordered these shoes for my wedding with the anticipation that they will arrive within the time frame on their website and they didn't. I ended up having to purchase another pair of shoes the night before my wedding and they wouldn't give me a refund for the shoes that I bought and couldn't wear! WILL NEVER BUY TONY BIANCO SHOES AGAIN.
