    I have been going to them for a few years. Medical staff are satisfactory but often change. The last medical staff I saw on the past 3 occasions took a mobile phone call and ate morning tea whilst I was in consultation.

    I have never seen medical staff at the designated time and last time I was there, I waited 50 minutes. Nobody had the decency to come and tell me that they were understandably running late.

    Staff are the absolute worst! I understand they work with challenging people mostly but it doesnt justify being rude/abrupt with people. I really don't like calling them to make an appointment.

    Other staff often skulks around the surgery carrying a file and stares at everyone. They were once working in reception and when I finished with the medical staff and had to sign-out, they asked me why I had seen the medical staff. As discreetly as I could, I advised them. They then repeated everything I said and read what was written on my chart by the medical staff out loud so everyone in the waiting room could hear.

    Why do I go here? I live close by, they bulk bill and are in a shopping centre which makes getting prescriptions easier.

    Im sorry if this sounds like a complaint but it I just want to be honest.

    The two stars here are for the only great doctor in the centre. Others are either rude and bestow their personal opinions not professional ones or are very much past their used by date. The Nurses are great but the small amount of staff that are professional are let down by the rude and ineffectual reception. Don't expect to find out the opening times anywhere, not even on their answering service that cuts out.
