'Top One Family Restaurant' is an all you can eat for $20 buffet restaurant that sells Asian style meals (honey chicken, beef in black bean sauce, Mongolian lamb, fried rice) as well as carved meats. If you're really hungry and don't want to empty out old Mr Wallet then this is the place to go.

The establishment is huge so it's great to take similarly impoverished friends out to dinner. Drinks and desserts are included, which range from jelly all the colours of the red and green rainbow as well as ice cream.

Went here with my partner a couple of months ago and was discusted with the quality of food.

The food was cold and taste like it had been sitting there for quite a while.

Whilst holidaying in Penrith recently, my family and I went to Top One Buffet for dinner. It was a Tuesday night and the resturant had been open for about an hour. It was very quiet, with only 3 or so other families and, despite the condensation pouring down the inside of the windows, Top One looked very nice. We began eating entrees (spring rolls, prawn toasts, honey chicken, squid etc) and they were cold. As I am currently studying Hospotality, I know that it is dangerous to have hot food at temp's of below 60 degrees. We then went on to the mains. They looked horrible, all the sauce dishes had 'films' over them, the prawn chips were stale, the fried rice was thick and gluggy and it looked like the food had been sitting there all day. We didn't want to eat so we left. Upon walking out, I glanced at the desserts, they were no better, the watermelon was almost white and it was dry. We told the staff that we were discusted with the food and wanted a full refund (wich we recieved).

Recently visiting top one for dinner i was not happy with the service or the food everything tasted different.later i learnt that it was under new management i hope that they get a grip on things or the buisness will plumet i wasn't the only customer to notice the difference or the change in the place.
